In May 2025, a group of Special Forces members, some retired and some still serving, approached us wanting to make a documentary about how ketamine assisted psychotherapy can help operators heal from PTSD and Moral injury. “Advance Force Operations” refers to the practice of small specialized teams going into critical conflict zones to plan out strategic and safe operations prior to the arrival of the troops.

This documentary produced by Gordon Hurley of All the Way Factory shows the novel and innovative path these men found to further their healing from service related traumatic injury. In doing so, they hope to light the way for others who are suffering so that they may explore these alternative pathways and to encourage further research and funding of psychedelic assisted psychotherapy.
